Personal choice items consist normally of the following items:

• Kitchen & bedroom cupboards;
• Floor Covering (carpets, wooden flooring & cement);
• Sanitaryware & Taps;
• Front door, lock, handles & hinges;
• Lights;
• Paving;
• Balustrades;
• Gates & Motors;
